Should Schools' Choice be included in the counterparty return within the academy accounts return?

Schools' Choice is now a part of the Vertas group and is therefore divested from Suffolk Councty Council. As Schools' Choice is therefore no longer directly part of the Council, invoices for services from should not be included in the CoPty.Return within the academy Accounts Return.
