When you refresh your current budget in BPS, the system will look for any monetary value changes in the current year and automatically update these.
However it will not automatically update future year figures or cost centre allocations (if there have been no ledger/nominal changes in year).
To ensure these pull through also, it is advisable to click the tickboxes next to each ‘building block’ of BPS.
