No, temporary cover must be taken out from the LMS Insurance for laptops taken abroad on a school trip. Cover can be provided, but at an additional premium. Please note: the minimum premium for equipment such as laptops is £35.00, but the cost may be more, depending on the value of the item(s) and length of trip. Cover is subject to acceptance by the insurer and a minimum of 30 days advance notice is required by the Insurance team to arrange this.
The Travel Policy only covers personal items.
