We have been advised by the Energy Team at Vertas that this charge is to enable smart meters to be installed and serviced regularly in all properties.

Any meters that receive this charge that are not currently smart (a small number) will shortly receive a credit for the time until the smart meter is installed.

To take these entries onto FMS you will need to add IMSERV Europe Ltd as a supplier. 

In the address section you can enter "C/O Vertas".

The LEA Reference Number is 222793/1/1275

Once you have added the supplier you will be able to convert the charge to a central payment.
