How do I input an unpaid absence in iTrent if they are absent for more than 30 days?

If the employee is absent for more than 30 days unpaid, this cannot be recorded as unpaid leave. If you are a transactional HR customer then please submit an eform to advise HR that the contractual hours should be set to zero until further notice. If you are a payroll only customer then please contact the payroll team directly at payroll@schoolschoice.org
